When People Stay, Businesses Thrive 💙
In a world where changing jobs every few years has become increasingly common, there’s something pretty special about people choosing to stay, grow and build their careers with the same organisation for decades.
At Welcom Digital, we’re incredibly proud of the longevity within our team.
We have colleagues who have been with us for 20, 30, 35, 37 and even 39 years. And more recently, we’ve celebrated team members reaching 23, 29 and 31 years of service.
That’s not just long service. That’s decades of knowledge, experience and shared success.
But longevity isn’t simply about the number of years someone has worked for a business. It’s about the relationships built, the knowledge shared and the contribution people make along the way.
Our long-serving colleagues have seen industries change, technology transform, and customer expectations evolve. They’ve adapted, learned new skills, embraced new technology and continued to help move the business forward.
They also play a huge part in our culture – mentoring colleagues, sharing knowledge and helping the next generation learn from their experience.
And perhaps most importantly, staying doesn’t mean standing still.
Many of our longest-serving team members have grown and evolved alongside the business, taking on new challenges, embracing innovation, and continuing to make a difference to our customers and our future.
In an industry driven by digital transformation, we believe experience and innovation go hand in hand. The technology may change, but having people who understand the business, our customers and where we’ve come from is incredibly valuable.
So, as we celebrate these milestones, we want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has helped shape Welcom Digital over the years – past and present.
Because 39 years isn’t just a number. It’s 39 years of knowledge, relationships, challenges, achievements, and memories. And that’s something worth celebrating 💙
“Technology may change rapidly, but great people remain at the heart of every successful business. After 39 years, that’s something we know only too well.
“As we look ahead to Welcom Digital’s 50th anniversary in 2028, it’s a powerful reminder that while technology will continue to evolve, it’s the people behind it who make the real difference.
“Here’s to the people who have helped shape our journey - and to those who will shape the next chapter.”
