We are committed to offering the best support available to all our clients’ with solutions designed to keep our client’s systems available and reliable.


Support Services

All our applications, hardware, databases, operating systems and third party software are supported directly through our Service Desk. We have a dedicated, client focused Service Desk team that are available to take your call. Our Service Desk team are HDI Certified Support Specialists and will record and prioritise all requests as soon as they are received. The Service Desk function is supported by highly skilled team of product specialists and dedicated account managers.

The standard hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday. However extended hours to include early mornings, evenings and weekends can be arranged on an individual basis to match your requirements.


In order to maintain a consistently high level of service and quality support for all our clients’, our client services team undertake regular site visits at agreed intervals. Our Service Desk is contactable via a dedicated telephone number during business hours, and 24 hours a day via our e-mail system.
