Albacs Remit is a software package for electronic document delivery for remittance advice statements. The software allows users to generate and distribute remittance advices directly from their PC, eliminating the task of folding the remittance advice, stuffing envelopes and postage and cutting the costs of sending remittances by up to 90%.

The software comes with a pre-defined list of templates for the remittance advice statement which enables the user to select the style which corresponds to their own accounting package. The templates can be modified to suit the Company, including adding the corporate colours or inserting a company logo.

The remittance advice statements can either be transmitted as soon as they are produced or given a specific transmission time. Alternatively, the documents can be faxed, and where the process is done overnight, allows the company to take advantage of off-peak tariffs in order to cut costs further.

The remittance advices can be processed and made ready for submission in a matter of minutes, which in turn speeds up business processes and reduces the time spent on administrative tasks and therefore helps increase productivity.
