Harrogate based estate agency, Nicholls Tyreman, has completed the investment of £15,000 in a new state of the art IT system designed and installed by Welcom Software in Harrogate.

Nicholls Tyreman, whose existing system had been enhanced over prior years, was looking for a system that would help drive excellence in customer service and overall business effectiveness. They selected local software and hardware provider, Welcom Software, on the basis of Welcom’s long standing reputation for delivering quality, reliability and service throughout all of their systems.

The investment included the design, configuration and installation of a new server and six state of the art computers, together with the installation of the latest versions of Microsoft Outlook and Adobe Indesign software packages.

Welcom Software designed and configured the system for speed, capacity and reliability, giving Nicholls Tyreman faster processing capability, improved quality of sales particulars and electronic transfer of sales particulars and advertisements to newspapers. In reliability terms, the new system has been installed with full back up facility ensuring both staff and clients of Nicholls Tyreman have access to up-to-date, high quality information at all times.
