Freemans Plc & Grattan Plc (FGH) sign contracts to implement Financier

March 2011 - Freemans Plc & Grattan Plc (FGH) sign contracts to implement the Financier solution to manage their revolving accounts across brands.

Freemans plc and Grattan plc have signed a major new contract for our Financier loan management and collections solution, enabling them to manage revolving credit and unsecured personal loans across their high profile brands. Welcom's project team has been working with Freemans and Grattan since December 2010, whilst the contract terms were being negotiated. This major new contract was formally signed in March 2011.

On giving news of the contract agreement, Freemans and Grattan gave a special note of appreciation for the whole Welcom team who worked on the procurement process and the subsequent pre-contract discovery phase. Particular mention was made of the high standard of knowledge, expertise, professionalism and research that was demonstrated by the 'bid' team both prior to engagement and also in subsequent presentations / demonstrations. Freemans Grattan Holdings ("FGH"), of which Freemans plc and Grattan plc are part, is one of the largest home shopping retailers in the UK and a subsidiary of Otto Group, the world's largest home shopping organisation.
