Financier is fully compliant with EC Consumer Credit Directive

February 2011 - Financier is fully compliant with EC Consumer Credit Directive and available to both our existing and new customers.

Financier is fully compliant with the CCA (Consumer Credit Directive 2006) and the EC Consumer Credit Directive that came into force in February 2011. Compliance with legislation is a key requirement of the software and the Welcom team is pro-actively involved in reviewing and planning any changes to Financier that may be required both now and in the future.
