July 2011 - Existing Welcom Customer Arnotts in Dublin, interface automated phone service with Financier's revolving account solution for customers to pay by phone.

Arnotts is the largest department store in Ireland with the flagship store based on Henry Street Dublin, just off O'Connell Street, have been a client of Welcom Software since February 2009. Financier has been implemented to manage revolving account store card customers, enabling flexible products to be offered to customers including loyalty schemes, promotions, monthly statements etc. Real time interfaces exist between Financier and the in-store EPOS (tills) System; other interfaces exist to their business partners.
