Welcom Software celebrates two National Business Award nominations

Welcom Software is celebrating nominations for both The City & Guilds Employer of the Year Award and The Small to Medium Business of the Year Award at the National Business Awards - North East Regional Programme 2008.

Sponsored by Orange, the awards are one of the most sought after business accolades available today and represent the quality, innovation and success of the diverse collection of businesses found across five regions in England. Covering North East, North West, Midlands & East, South East & Wales and the West Country, winners from each of the regions progress onto the National Business Awards final.

A regional finalist last year, Welcom Software is thrilled to have been nominated again for The Small to Medium Business of the Year, highlighting the growth and development undertaken by the business over the last twelve months. The formation of the Welcom Software Group in April 2007, incorporating e-inbusiness, a leading eCommerce & eMarketing agency and 2inspire, a leading Leadership Development Consultancy, has seen the Group grow in strength, success and profitability.

Welcom Software is also proud to have been nominated for the City & Guilds Employer of the Year category. Seeking to recognise businesses that have a strong commitment to the development and welfare of their people, the nomination is a reflection of the ongoing work undertaken at Welcom to motivate and develop staff. The next stage will be a number of presentations in May with the winners announced at a formal gala night in Liverpool on 17th July 2008.
